Last week whisked away our hardworking General Managers, Head Chefs and Executive Team members off on a surprise trip to Munich. We had two clear objectives: to research all things bier, fressen and Bavaria and to refresh our company objectives.
Across three days the team explored the snow-covered city, marvelled at the Eisbach Wave in the Englischer garten, delved into bier halle kultur and instigated a snowball fight or two.
After indulging in all the Schweinshaxn they could lay their mittens on the team gathered to discuss wider company goals. The teams discussed ideas on how to innovate our guest experience as well as new wellness initiatives to improve our management teams quality of life.
We reflected on the lessons we’ve learned as a collective over the past few months and looked to the future during an exciting presentation by our marketing team. Once a few more pilsners had been polished off down the local schenke our team headed home to implement our new ideas in each one of our venues.
