Last week we headed to the Big Apple with our superstar managers and pizzaiolos checking out all things pizza, embracing innovation and kicking back after a busy few months.
Rudy’s go researching
While we were there we made sure to stop by and visit our friends at Joe’s Pizza, Song a Napula, Marshalls, Ribalta + so many more! We loved them all but were especially obsessed with Lombardi’s and Motorino. They do seriously good pizza… and we should know… crust us! We also have to give a huge shoutout to the wonderful guys at Brooklyn Brewery who hosted our conference, gave us a tour and kept us fed and watered all day.
Rudy’s go exploring
Whilst eating our way around the best pizza in the Big Apple, we also spent our time exploring the landscapes and attractions the bright lights of the city have to offer. From the Rockefeller Centre to the Statue of Liberty to Times Square to Central Park – we never bored of beautiful scenery, famous landmarks and hearing that American twang!

In typical Rudy’s fashion we can’t go anywhere without have a whole lot of fun and that we did… We managed to squeeze in plenty of time to drink the breweries dry of Guinness, to cheer on the Detroit Pistons and Brooklyn Nets at the NBA and to party on a sunset booze cruise…
