We’re delighted to announce the newest member of the Rudy’s family will be opening on Castle Street, Liverpool this winter.
Since we opened the original Rudy’s in Ancoats, Manchester in 2015 we have been overwhelmed by the reception we’ve had for our classic Neapolitan pizza. We were lucky enough to open our Peter Street, Manchester venue earlier this year and now we’re over moon to announce we will soon be a new addition to the bustling Castle Street food quarter in the centre of Liverpool.
Expect more of the same with our expansion West: our soft, light and floppy pizza, carefully curated cocktails and laid-back atmosphere.
