COVID-19 IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Version 1.1 – Last Updated 18.03.20

In the face of the COVID19 challenge on the country at large, and now the specific threat that it brings to the restaurant and bar sector, we have outlined our current actions in regard to all our venues below.

As you’d expect, we are following current advice from The World Health Organisation and The UK Government and as you know this evolves almost daily, so we endeavour to update our processes and communications accordingly.

There are three critical priorities:

  1. To keep safe, as far as we possibly can, our team members and guests.
  2. To ensure company survival so that we will be able to provide jobs after this crisis.
  3. To look after our colleagues in the short and long term.

In the meantime, this means we are planning to continue operating our venues. This will mean:

  • From 18th March, we are going cashless, only card transactions to reduce potential transmission.
  • We will be operating our businesses at 50% or less than normal capacity, reducing the potential transmission between guests and colleagues.
  • We will be maintaining the disinfecting and cleaning procedures that we have already introduced.
  • We will be operating reduced menus at each site.

Please see information below relating to our specific venues:

Rudy’s Neapolitan Pizza

Rudy’s will be operating at 50% maximum covers ensuring that social distancing between guests can be maintained. Stools at the bar counter and pizzeria counter will be removed to avoid sustained personal contact. Hand cleansing and regular cleaning will take place throughout service.

Albert’s Schloss

Albert’s Schloss will operate from 12noon until midnight Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this week. The maximum capacity will be set at 250 guests allowing for social distancing to take place either between our guests or between our colleagues and our guests.

If you have paid a deposit for a booking which will need to be cancelled, we will be in touch shortly.

Albert Hall

The Albert Hall will be closed for the foreseeable, this will be reviewed every two weeks based on government advice.

We are working hard with promoters to reschedule as many events as possible and would like to thank you for your patience so far.

You’ll be notified by the ticket outlet you purchased with as soon as we have more information. Most events will be postponed until later in the year, and your tickets will remain valid, though if you can’t attend the new date for any reason you’ll be entitled to a refund.

Please also check Albert Hall socials where we’ll leave details on a show by show basis as soon as we have them.
